How we work
From the stage to the colour suite
We cover campus events end to end — planning the shot list, running cameras on the day, then cutting, grading and mixing until it's ready to publish.
Filmed on flagship mobile
We shoot campus events on current-generation iPhone and Galaxy hardware at 4K 60fps, with gimbal stabilisation for anything that moves.
Cut on desktop and mobile
After Effects, Premiere Pro and DaVinci Resolve on the desktop side; CapCut and Alight Motion on mobile. Both routes are equally welcome here.
48-hour turnaround
Highlight reels and aftermovies are graded, mixed and delivered within 48 hours of an event wrapping. That deadline is the commitment we make to every club we shoot for.
Bring your own kit
The club doesn't issue equipment yet. Members shoot on their own phones and edit on their own laptops or handsets — so there's no barrier to joining beyond wanting to.

Want to shoot and cut for MRCET?
Bring a phone and an interest in editing — that's the whole entry requirement. You'll leave with real event footage in your portfolio and a crew that knows what it's doing.
Applications are reviewed by club leads. Open to all departments and all four years.
